It is with great sadness that the family of Jeana Diann Barham announces her passing at 7 a.m. on Sunday, May5th, after a long struggle with cancer. Diann devoted her life to serving God, her husband, and her children. She strove to be a living example of Christs love and always put other before herself. One of her favorite verses was, II Timothy 2:3, “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
Diann is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Julia Barham; two daughters and son-in-law: Andy and Sarah Powers and Hope Barham; three grandchildren: Levi Powers, Beth Powers, and Cash Barham; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Jeff & Yvelle Mull and Robert Mull; one sister and brother-in-law: Robin and Tony Roberts; special nieces and nephews: Chassidy Collins, Charridy Roberts, Griffin Mull, Garin Mull, and Chelsea Mull; and a host of extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband: David E. Barham; mother: Shirley Sarrica; father: Grady Glen Mull; brother: Raymond Mull.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Doughty-Stevens Chapel. The Rev. Jason Nunley and the Rev. Charles Ervin will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 – 3 and 6 – 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Michael Barham, Andy Powers, Curtis Castle, Kaleb Wilson, Griffin Mull, and Garin Mull.
