Harold Dean Graham, age 78, of the Cross Anchor Community, passed away Tuesday morning at his home after a lengthy illness.
He retired from Weavexx and was a member of Mt. Pleasant Cumberland Presbyterian Church at Cross Anchor.
Survivors include his wife: Anna Ruth Gass Graham; one sister: Joan Graham; brother-in-law and his family: William Carter, Sheila (Paul) Lutz, Megan Lutz, Michael (Jessica) Lutz, Riley Lutz, Haley (Isaac) Manis, Sherri (Eli) Cutshall, Holden Cutshall, and Emma Cutshall; sister-in-law and brother-in-law and family: Linda (Jimmy) Chapman, Greg (Crystal) Chapman, Kaileigh, Sydney, Caleb, Slade, Brent (Sarah) Chapman, John, Holly Chapman, Brooks and Reagan, Hannah (James) Vaughn, Carder, Mason, and Piper; special cousin: Kenneth (Ellen) Graham; special friend: Patsy and Robert Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Woodrow and Selma Graham; one sister: June Carter.
The family will receive friends from 4 – 7 p.m. on Thursday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow visitation at 7 o’clock Thursday evening in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Richard Long and Chaplain Michael Galarneau officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at Doughty-Stevens at 10 a.m. Friday to go in procession to Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery for the 11 a.m. committal service.
Pallbearers will be Lonnie Key, Jimmy Graham, Eli Cutshall, Holden Cutshall, Paul Lutz, and Michael Lutz. The Graham family would like to express a special thanks to Smoky Mountain Hospice, especially Leslie Foshie and Melanie LeFever.
