Linda Sue Williams Daniels, age 69, of Greeneville, passed away Monday morning at her home after a battle with cancer.
She attended Mosheim High School and was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her longtime partner and husband: L.T. Daniels of Greeneville; two sons: Tim Taylor and Chris Allen Taylor both of Greeneville; two step-daughters: Kristi Daniels and Becky Daniels both of Greeneville; one granddaughter: Megan Randolph and husband, Brandon; three grandsons: Brandon Taylor and wife Ashley, Curtis Taylor and wife, Samantha, and Kameron Taylor; one step-grandson: Bryson Duke; five great-grandchildren; three sisters: Mary Jane and Tommy Brockwell of Chuckey, Carolyn and Jerry Dingus of Mosheim, and JoAnne Marshall of St. Petersburg, FL; one brother: Junior Williams of Spokane, Washington; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; special friend: Linda Kesterson Seay; aunts: Betty Starnes, Clarine Guinn; special cousin: Sharon Tarlton; special neighbor: Sandy Neal.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Sant and Frances Williams; brother: Eugene Williams.
The family will receive at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home from 5 – 8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Doughty-Stevens Chapel with Chaplain Joe Hamlett officiating. Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be Kameron Taylor, Brandon Taylor, Bryson Duke, Curtis Taylor, Brandon Randolph, Mike Neal, Jerry Dingus, and Anthony Fillers. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Louderback, Ricky Smith, Jimmy Lane, Phil Johnson, Steve Ball, Teddy Hawk, Richard Moore, Charles Cobble, and Bill Neal.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Avalon Hospice and Dr. Sonja Woods and staff.
