Anna Lee Fellers Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Obituary Anna Lee Fellers, 90, of the South Central Community, Chuckey, passed away early Sunday morning at her home.She was a retired store clerk and manager of Shorty's Grocery. Mrs. Fellers was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church for nearly 70 years. She was a member of the choir and attended faithfully as long as her health permitted.Survivors include eight nephews and their spouses: Bobby and Alice Hensley, Glen Jennings, Tim and Tara Fellers, Thomas and Alonda Jennings, Michael and Norma Painter, Tommy and Mary Hensley, Bill and Kathy Fellers, and Ron Jennings; six nieces and their spouses: Tammy and Ronnie Maye, Sarah Roberts, Mae and Bob Lucas, Janice and Franklin Berger, Carolyn and Floyd Malone and Debbie Hensley; several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews; two sisters-in-law: Ettie Carter and Barbara Hogue; special friends: Opal Broyles, Ila Carter, Linda Loyd, Brenda Painter, and Helen Foster.She was preceded in death by her husband: Boyd "Edd" Fellers; parents: Andrew and Maude Jennings; one sister: Geneva Painter; five brothers: Lester and Luckey Hensley, Ross, Aud Lee, and Edward Jennings; special friend: Marie Painter.The family will receive friends from 3 - 6 p.m. on Friday at Liberty Freewill Baptist Church in the South Central Community. A celebration of her life will follow the visitation at 6 p.m. The Rev. John Buchanan will officiate. Interment will follow the service in Liberty Cemetery.Active pallbearers will be Jackie Painter, Tim Fellers, Russell Saults, Michael Hope, Jimmy Hope, Richard Tarlton, Johnny Mack Brown, and Michael Painter. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Broyles, Tom Spear, James Masters, Walter Armstrong, Dr. Ken Nickle, Virgil Tarlton, Allen Bailey, Booie Saults, and the men of Liberty FWB Church.Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
