Obituary Marcella Foulks, age 69 of Greeneville, passed away Sunday evening, May 14, 2006 at Laughlin Memorial Hospital.She was retired from Magnavox after 44 years of service.She is survived by her husband, Harvey Foulks; one daughter and son-in-law: Tammy and Aaron Carter; two sons and one daughter-in-law: Marty and Lou Ann Foulks and Timmy Foulks of the home; four grandchildren: Kristin Carter, Jared and Jackson Foulks, and Katie Champe; six sisters and their husbands: Barbara and Kyle Earley, Phyllis and Gene Swatzell, Patty and Mike Hensley, Joy and Dennis Daugherty, Jackie and Billy Masters, and Betty Lawing; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: Lloyd and Sandra Lawing, Bill and Marie Lawing and Ronnie Lawing; three sisters-in-law and their husbands: Pat and Mike DeFrancesco, Wanda and Jack Fulton, and Judy and Robert "Buddy" Starnes; one brother-in-law and his wife: David and Amy Foulks; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents: Mr. and Mrs. Stark Lawing; four brothers: Joe D. Lawing, Joe B. Lawing, Gail Lawing, and an infant brother, Terry Lawing.The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home, with Rev. Ray Penley and Rev. Kenneth Bowens officiating. Interment will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Doty's Chapel Church Cemetery.Pallbearers will be her nephews, brothers-in-law and friends.Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Beckner, Dr. Austin, and the staff of Smokey Mountain Hospice.Condolences may be sent to the Foulks family at www.doughty-stevens.com. I grew up with Timmy and Tammy and always thought alot of Marcella. My thoughts and prayers are with Marcella's family. I know she will be missed.
