Obituary Mary Hazel Addington, age 95 of Kingsport, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2006 at Sunbridge Nursing Home. She is survived by her husband, Herbert P. Addington; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Mattie Ruth and Don West of Atlanta, GA; Ethel and Hobart Crum of Greene County.Three brothers and sisters-in-law: Lilburn and Lena Addington of Kingsport, TN; Karl D. and Sue Addington of Kingsport, TN; Paul Addington of Kingsport, TN; one sister-in-law: Ann Addington of Kingsport, TN.She was preceded in death by her parents: William Bill Parvin and Maggie Belle Parvin, three sisters: Anna Lee McCoy, Pauline Parvin, Juanita Wade; four brothers: George, Bill, Wayland and Charles Drew Parvin. Brother-in-law: Theldon Addington.The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, May 13 at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Roach officiating.Interment will follow at Phillippi Cemetery.
